INTRODUCTION

Medellin is a city that has a high amount of population with high numbers of people in situation of many people in situation of disability. The Town Hall, through the office to be able, provides grants to improve their quality of life.

JUSTIFICATION

Through this project intends for the population with disabilities about their rights and the programs offered by the state, how to access them and make proper use of the same
