SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

. Know the housing quality of the users.
· Verify the benefits received by the user through the grant.
· Identify rehabilitation programs that they are attending.

INTRODUCTION

Medellin is a city that has a high amount of population with a high number of people in situation of disability. The mayoralty, through the office SER CAPAZ provides grants to improve their quality of life.


JUSTIFICATION

Through this project it is pretended that population with disabilities know about their rights and the programs offered by the State. How to access to them and make a proper use of themselves.
